My wife has always wanted a pandora bracelet, sale going on was spend $125.00 get the bracelet free, the bracelet was tight, I didn't ask, but you did miss a sale, if I would of split split my purchases up and spent about $75.00 more, I could have connected all three that would have wrapped around her wrist and would have much more room for more charms ( future purchases ), normally I would have caught this, but I didn't.

I was mistaken charge for 2 charms but only got 1 but it was other charm so it got put in twice and didn't realize till now cause i was out still shopping so ill call in the am but i live in Georgia but i purchase in South Carolina so the drive is not worth the money they owe me

Sales associate does not actively listen. Her diction led me to believe the item was a different price, and although I made a comment, (getting 2 for the price of one), that statement alone should have made her understand that I was mislead on price. However, she agreed with me. I did not realize the price difference until I paid for and checked the receipt when at my car. There was no opportunity to see the actual total until I signed "pad" for the receipt. The discrepancy was between saying if you bought two items the total was 50% off on discontinued items. Returning, she said no, it was 15% off the total on discontinued items. Perhaps speaking more clearly would have eliminated this feeling that I was misled. I may return one item - will decide, but the overall experience left me with a cautious feeling about your sales tactics.

The girls working in the store were not knowledgable about the charms. They didn't seem to want to switch out the trays so I could see all the charms. They were dressed totally inappropriately, one in stretch pants. The service was not at all what I have become used to in Pandora.

The sales person did not know the prices of the retired pandora charms that I was interested in buying It took a long time to find out the prices She was friendly and trying but the prices should have been marked.

The person that helped me acted as if trying to help me was a probelm. I understand that y’all were busy because of the holidays,but no need for the huffing and puffing. She acted like when I asked her a question that it was this huge probelm, such as could you tell me how much this ring is. This location will not receive my business any longer.

primeramente dicen que tiene descuento el producto y uno piensa WOW muy bien pero al momento para cobrar , lo hacen de una manera diferente , que al ultimo uno viene pagando casi lo mismo por el producto.

Won't go back because it is at Tanger Outlets roughly 8 hours away from my home so that I don't mind as I'd go back if I was closer. Though I found it puzzling how the price for some things (one particular charm I bought actually) was established. Sometimes the price for something would be higher than it was in the book (in this case the book said $50 where the price was $55). I can understand the price going down for a sale but not really going up and having that information to the public to question. Understand that prices may fluctuate but it may cause confusion after seeing that.
