I hope the associates pay more attention when someone is ready for by the product and don’t waiting for the costumers ask for help, the associates need stay ready for help, and give for her self more options for the costumers, independet if the choice is chip or expense, and is good see the associates more happy to help the anyone costumers.

This was the second visit during a Thanksgiving evening/Black Friday over the last 2 years. Having worked and managed a retail store, I understand the need to hire seasonal help. However, you need to properly train your staff. Last year we actually complained to corporate about our experience and the rudeness of the person who helped us. This year, the associate was sweet but clueless. She had no idea where the merchandise was, what the price was, where to find the right ring size and she had to keep asking someone else who was also busy trying to help 2 other associates. When you have a store as busy as yours is during the black friday sales, it's imperative to have staff that knows what it going on. They were all trying to share a scanner, the mobile devices to pay were not working and after about 6 attempts, I finally said - can't we just check out at the register? So, it took way longer than necessary - what could have been a 20 minute transaction from start to finish was well over an hour. Especially since I knew exactly what I was looking for.

I was on the website for retired items and could not filter that page without losing it. I wanted to filter it for a particular charm; instead, I had to search through 51 pages. Everytime I did a search, it took me back to the main Pandora website with the new charms. Please add a search button on the retired charms page!

Door was blocked from customers entering and leaving. I felt very unwelcome, and when we wanted to look around it felt like that was a problem. When we did decide what we wanted the associate couldn't find the item and gave up looking for the item after less than a minute of looking for it, pushing us to buy something different.

The associate wasn't pleasant made little to no recommendations she acted as if she was doing my a favor by waiting on me. Visit this store 2 weeks prior and everyone was pleasant and professional Yesterday Danielle was totally opposite if I didn't need a clasp for my bracelet I would have walked out of the store

The associate that helped me was very pushy and very unorganized. I told her that I was going in there to look and she kept pushing jewelry onto me to buy. I told her that I did not like a certain look for my bracelet and she continuously pushed it on me. When it came to me buying the charm she had no idea how much it cost or if they even had it. She was very unwilling to actually assist me. She had a very nasty attitude and outlook during our whole encounter with each other.I will probably never go back to this location.

I was made to wear a mask into the store and throughout the duration of my visit. They are the only place in the area that still requires masks and there was no AC in the store which made shopping very uncomfortable. Sales associate was very nice but the rest of the experience was very unpleasant and I will not be returning.

salesperson was not experienced or knowledgeable of the merchandise in the store. We inquired of items and were told nothing was in stock and not available, when we were leaving we looked in the case and the items we were inquiring of were in the case. Attitude was not as pleasant as the other sales associates we have dealt with in the past.

I waited for 20 or 30 minutes for an associate before they told me I was supposed to sign on a waiting list. The associate made me feel like I was bothering her. She was very short on her answers and not friendly. I found myself apologizing more than five times.
