Sales person was not helpful she made us feel like we were bothering her in the past i have purchased many pandora and the sales people were always helpful and polite this sales person was not interested in helping us with other suggestions or items we might be interested in it was the first time in this particular store

I had to wait an no one even recognized my being in the store and associates were so involved with one task they could not even look up to greet new customers! Not so great customer service! Will say I went during a busy time!

Associate answered phone and told caller she was with customer; started helping us again and then continued talking to caller.......I needed to see another tray of charms and she was talking so she could not help me when I was ready.

I waited an hour and half to be seen then was told I need to be put on a waitng list because there were three people in front of me.

I was not prompted or asked to sign in anywhere to be 8n line to be waited on and waited about an hour or so to be waited on after i already was there at least 15 minutes. i also noticed some people who had not been there waiting were being helped before those of us who were waiting. i think you need something for customers that are new to pandora or indecisive a way to get a better idea of what tbey are wanting before they are with a sales associate. Maybe a computer kiosk that lets you build and price. it can be very over whelming trying to decide and theres probably a customer waiting that knows exactly what they want if they are willing to wait an hour or more to get it

Sales associate was not knowledgeable and lazy. Very poor customer service on behalf of total staff. They seemed to be going thru the motions and not very interested in provided true customer service.

I went to purchase two Puerto Rico charms that were not aviailable. I've been trying for weeks on line only to be informed by your site item out of stock. Especially during Xmas...this is unacceptable. The sales rep told me other customers wanted these also and were dismay to know they were unavailable. What a major let down! Robert
