Danielle and I believe the other lady Adira were very helpful with helping me choose charms based on the theme I was looking for and helping me balance the bracelet. They also made other great suggestions on rings. It was a very pleasant experience.

The staff is always super helpful. The manager Ardis in particular, is knowledgeable about the items and was willing to go the extra mile to find a retired charm I was looking for

She showed me additional items and helped me find a snap for my bracelet. She also showed me her own personal collection of charms which was great to see. So many to share.
