The sales associate that finally assisted did not know what she had in stock. She provided no assistance in the type of charms I was looking for. Basically if it wasn't in plain view then they didn't have it. My fiance asked for Minnie mouse charms as he was thinking about starting a bracelet for his daughter, but the associate said they didn't have any. Well, she happen to move a case and Viola, Minnie mouse charms! He pointed out the charms to the sales associate and she did nothing but ignore him. He decided not to buy from this location as so should I. Never had this experience with any other Pandora location.

I was very excited to end our Hilton Head vacation by visiting the Pandora Outlet store…Unfortunately, from the moment I entered the store, my excitement quickly faded. I shared with Danielle that I was interested in seeing any of the retired items (charms, rings, earrings). All of the items were located on trays that were not visible to me and required the associate to pull them out. With every request, there was no conversation, no product knowledge shared, and I felt she had no interest in serving me at all. Instead, she continually tapped her long pointy on the glass, as if to say, (are you done yet?) I ended up only purchasing one item- a deeply discounted ring for $11.97. Given Danielle’s demeanor, I did not want to remain in the store any longer. It’s a shame that what I anticipated to be a shopping highlight while on vacation, ended with me leaving my 1st negative review EVER for a Pandora store.

The salesperson was very unfriendly, she made you feel like you were bothering her, no help at all, I was very disappointed, I will never shop at this location again.

Sales associate was rude and gave us attitude when we asked to try different size rings or choose a different ring. We exited this pandora immediately and came back a few days later hoping for a new associate because it was that unfortunate the first experience.

Was not welcome to the store, 2 sales representative did not even try to help me. I asked for assistance. One of them without a name and very poor customer service experience and energy got me the product that I was looking for because I asked her. I will never recommend this store, after 10min standing to get notice by those 2 representatives and only one customer at the store. Finally I got what I was looking for. The sales person without name on her name tag did not want to show me the $40 chain that I was trying to buy for my niece. Pandora brand is amazing unfortunately the customer service representatives are very poor and don’t care about customers at all.

From my arrival at the store the staff greeted me with a smile. They showed me the products I wanted to see. They showed me several extra options for my purchase. I really like pandora products.On several occasions I have taken my Pandora products to cleaning and they have been very good. I have several things of the brand. My family and I buy gifts at the store.

Sales associate wasn’t very pleasant to start with. She was working on something else and it seemed like we were bothering her. Horrible customer service. I usually shop there for events will be going to a different location. Horrible experience overall!!

1) we arrived at 6:40. The website shows the store is open until 8 but posted signage due to COVID shows closing at 7:00 and the store was already closed. We had to convince the personnel to let us in! Then one was clearly on a personal call. 2) they hadn't yet pulled our order despite the fact that I'd placed it before noon! 3) when they went to pull the order (a mother daughter charm) someone had bought 2 daughters so they didn't have a mother/daughter 4) we found the same charm ourselves (they were sill looking) on a bracelet in a case but it was rose gold and more expensive. We had to an extra $26 to get it (we had little choice since it is for a friend whose mother is in hospice with COVID) and didn't really want the rose gold anyway
