I went to the Pandora Bluffton store to purchase some gift items for a family member who was unable to shop and also to use the 35% coupon that was given to during black friday that I wanted to use as well. While on this visit I did have 2 set of clips that I gotten the weekend before that I didn't need so I returned them as well. The gentlemen salesman was very nice and professional. He went in the back to get Destiney R to assist with the return. I had my sister on Face time who I was shopping for and my adult daughter (Who works in retail as well) in the with me. I immediately picked up/ observed on the sales reps nonchalant / didn't want to be bothered/ rolling eyes attitude of Destiney R and Adrienne C . My daughter then asked Adrienne if she was okay. Destiney replied long day and we work jobs. Well I'm a preferred customer and I do spend alot of money at Pandora when I do shop. Each time I aske to see something or ask for something my sister on Facetime was looking for she saw online we would get immediately cut off they didn't have it and they didn't look. The customer service was very rude and I was not pleased at all. I shop at this location frequently.

Angela employee: 155419 was VERY VERY RUDE. I had My sister that was in a wheel chair and she acted as if she was just ready for us to leave. My sister couldn’t see the charms on top of the glass but she wanted us to come to the other side and look over it. Knowing i wanted To involve my sister. She was just rude and we wanted to buy more charms but we left because of her attitude..

All sales associates payed no attention to my daughter and I until I asked for some assistance. When they finally acknowledge is the where EXTREMELY rude.

The return was done by mail. I had to call the store a week after the bangle was returned to receive my gift card. The gift card was mailed to the wrong address.

I’ve visited many Pandora stores & they have the worst associates I’ve ever encountered. February 6 I visited the Hollywood store & their associates were horrible as well. Poor customer service with bad attitudes.

Sales associate acted like she didn't want to be there. Not friendly, didn't seem to want to help us, moved around like a snug, did not smile, overall unpleasant. Maybe it's your policy, but she never pulled out a whole tray of charms so we could get a closer look. Other Pandora stores do that. According to the receipt her name was Angela.

I went to Pandora to exchange a gift that had been given to me (a ring in the wrong size). I exchanged the ring for another ring, plus a charm, so I ended up owing $31. When paying at the POS machine, the transaction timed out, so the sales person rang me up again. I felt funny about this so I checked my bank account online when I got to my car. The transaction had gone through twice. I had been charged $31 twice. I went inside and after 30 minutes of haggling and showing my online bank account and waiting for corporate to answer the phone, the manager finally gave me cash back. What really disturbed me is that this is the second time this has happened. The last time was a year ago when I bought $150 worth of merchandise that got charged to my account TWICE. And it took me a MONTH to get the money back in my account - I had to call Pandora every day for a month to get reimbursed. I will never shop there again.

The sales associate was extremely rude. She waited on another customer that she knew came in after me. She had a really nasty attitude and if I didn't need to exchange a couple of charms I would have walked out. I picked out two clips and two charms and when I looked in the box there were only the two clips. I asked where were the charms and she said that I only wanted the 2 clips. She was very argumentative, never apologized for waiting on someone else and was just a miserable person. Would NEVER shop there again.
