My experience in the Bluffton Sc store was AWESOME. From the time I walked in the door my kids and I was greeted by associates. They immediately got to questioning and holding friendly conversations to see if there was something I was looking for particularly. My sales associate was Shamona ( I think I spelled it correctly) and another young lady that was a training associate. She was patient and gave great suggestions. I will go back and shop again.

I walked in the store in search of a new ring. I looked at the ones in the display cases that were set up throughout the store. I then asked the sales associate if I could look at a specific ring. She brought out trays of other ones in addition to the one I was interested in. I was able to try on several, and picked out one I wanted to purchase at that time. The store was rather full with other shoppers. But one was able to help me and complete my purchase with no problems.

The sales associates were very knowledgeable and helpful. They're customer service was awesome and everyone was in good spirits and friendly. I definitely will be going back to that store.

I was satisfied with my pandora experience because of how easy it was. The sales person made it very fun and easy to make a bracelet as a gift for my mom.

Angela was great, taking care of my needs right away. I needed to clean some pieces and shop for Mother’s Day, but the other one which I can only assume was the manager was absolutely exceptional. She gave my daughter all the attention in the world and both associates helped her pick a gift and make a card and played along with her needs and it made me so happy. They shared the promotions with me and gave me some great deals! Best Pandora visit ever. I’ve been a customer for a long time.

Representative was friendly and professional. Very helpful in assisting me with my selections, even when I seem to have taken a long time to make a decision. I left the store and decided later to get additional items. To my surprise, the same representative recognized and assisted me with my next purchase.
