We received immediate attention. The sales clerk listen to our comments and responded to our comments. We were probably in the store 45 minutes. We changed our mind several times on the desired combination of charms and the sales clerk stayed attentive through our decision process. We purchased a child's bracelet and added the safety latch, a couple charms and clips. We asked for a couple empty boxes and bags and were given those items along with a book. We found the location convenient and will make frequent trips in the future to fill the bracelet with meaningful charms over time for our granddaughter.
