The salesperson was very helpful when assisting my friend and me. She searched online to help find the ring we were looking for in another store. She also showed us what it would look like.

Had an issue with a bracelet, 2 of my charms were no one was not able to retrieve the charms from the he bracelet, so that meant the the bracelet had to broken to retrieve the charms from it, so I ended up getting another bracelet because of that, and what great customer service was given, for that particular reason, I truly love the associates at this location, they always so helpful and very pleasant as well.
