Because the associate who helped us was outstanding. She really took her time with us to make sure we were satisfied with our purchase and that we had exactly what we wanted. Her name was Ardis. She was awesome!!!!

I went into the Pandora Outlet on Hilton Head just to look around for travel charms. Upon entering the store I was greeted by Adrienne C - No.191335. She was very knowledgeable about the products and promotions. She, her manager, Ardis and sales associate, Linda worked well as a team. Adrienne was able to suggest charms based on my likes and in response to my inquiries. I left the store with my third bracelet, 3 safety chains and 14 additional charms due to the fantastic service of this wonderful team. Kudos to the team at 0461 in Bluffton, SC. Looking forward to my next trip from Atlanta.
