I really loved the selection of charms and bracelets in this store. However what’s I liked the most the friendliness of all the associates in the store. Which kindly helped me chose a special charm for someone special.

Customer service was top notch!!! The best ever!!

The sales associate was very helpful. I had never purchased a charm for my new bracelet and she was knowledgeable, friendly, and gave me visual suggestions.

She showed us some examples of previous bracelets. She was very helpful.

My experience were highly satisfied because of my excitement purchasing these charms. This is my Birthday weekend and received Monterey gifts so I was as a kid in a candy store.

I came in looking for two specific rings and the salesperson was able to help me find those exact rings. She helped me find my size and decide which fingers they would look best on with my other rings as well. Overall great experience.
