I am familiar to some of the associates at the store and they're always happy to see me and very patient with me. They know how I like to design my bracelets so they offer suggestions. Being that it can be time consuming, I never feel like I'm being a bother or like they're rushing me, even when I'm trying to rush myself.

I told the associate what I was looking for and she was quickly and accurately able to provide everything I needed and more
