The female salesperson was an absolute joy to work with. Not only was she friendly, courteous, and extremely helpful, but she so much fun. She polished all my charms and helped reorganize them with the 3 new ones I purchased for my birthday gift from me to me. I went in ask for a charm they had it and i was able to buy a bracelet. And they had a good amount of retired items.

Impressed with the traffic control in the store, you could tell a system was in place. I love the variety of merchandise available. I never knew Pandora had rings! I was surprised by how quickly they got to me. I thought I would be waiting for a long time.
