The sales, although busy, was very pleasant and took care of us in a timely manner. The selection was numerous and the quality of the product spectacular. Although we were out-of-town this Pandora store was well kept as the ones in our hometown area.

Staff was attentive, professional, and very helpful. They made great suggestions for adding to my bracelets and they rearranged all of the charms to make the bracelets more beautiful. They also cleaned all of the bracelets and charms to a lovely sparkle.

Very helpful. Found what I wanted with ease

I purchased a ring from my local Pandora store in Barboursville, WV in May. My ring was a flower ring and a couple of the petals bent. But my local store closed. I repeatedly sent emails to customer service and no one would answer me back. So before coming on vacation to Hilton Head we looked to see if they had a Pandora store and brought my ring to see if they could help. The sales associates were fantastic and the store manager Ardis was EXTREMELY helpful and friendly. She not only was willing to exchange my ring but she showed me that she had some retired rings that were on sale so I ended up getting 2 rings for the price of the 1 ring that I originally bought with a difference of $12. It was very unprofessional that no one emailed me back about my ring but I am so glad this store was able to make it right.

We visit here yearly and it is tradition to visit Pandora and buy a souvenir from our trip. We even had the same sales associate as last year. She is amazing! But we will not be coming back in 90 days because we live so far away. But we do love Pandora and come back to get our souvenirs and will continue to.

My family and I came from out of town to visit Hilton Head, On our way home we stop by the pandora store, we really enjoyed our visit, Both Ladies in the store were very helpful kind and was willing to help. Thanks for the great shopping experience we really appreciate.
