Went to store because daughters clasp was separated allowing bracelet to come off, the associate exchanged it for another, after that I thinker her and decided because I got a swap for another new on bracelet I decided to buy to charms😍😍😍.

The ladies where pleasant and were intrested in helping you pick out the right piece you wanted. I like how my particular sales woman was patient with my indecisiveness and made recommendations to items i may have liked. Also i liked how she was able to look up my previous purchases which allowed me to match peices together.
