I was satisfied with how I was asked if I needed help but able to browse without being harrassed. I liked that when I had questions an associate was able to help and if they didn't know off hand they knew where to get the info.

Jordyn the sales associate who assisted me with my purchase did an superb job in exhibiting the essence of customer service. I was looking for some specific charms and she took my name and number to contact me once she was able to locate them from another store in the area (if available).
