Was very patient and friendly as well. She made us feel really comfortable while being there. We showed her what we were looking for and she got it for us as well as recommended other charms. I really like the way that store is with the customers and how helpful they are. I’ve been to two other locations (parks mall & clearfork) never had I been helped the way northeast helps. The other locations are more of in a rush to get you out. Northeast location is very patient.
