Shanna and the other sale associates i'm sorry i didn't catch her name they were both very nice and polite, very helpful!

The cleanliness was great the sales assistant was cleaning after each customer. The lady showed us a variety of products we asked about, she had lots of knowledge and was super friendly.

The sales attendant was very knowledgeable and helpful we were able to look around with no pressure and we got the gift we were looking for and one for my wife as well.

The quality of the product

As soon as walked in i was greet by the salesperson. She was very pleasant and know exactly were the item i was looking for was located.

We've had a bad experience with Pandora in the past but Kaylee and her manager took care of us as soon as we stepped in the door and even went through the trouble of fixing a previous employees mistake.

The customer service was great, although I did have to wait several minutes for service. There was only two people working. The young lady who helped me was fantastic.

I enjoyed the sale that was available. The African-American associate greeted me appropriately, although she was working with another customer. I was not very pleased with the associate who actually assisted me. She looked uninterested in helping. She did not treat me badly, so I am presuming that she was having a bad day. I hope her day gets better. Overall, the experience was great, and I always look forward to going into the stores.

I came in today to purchase a ring to replace my wedding band for the time being. Danielle G. was amazing at helping us find the correct ring, size, and even a band to compliment it. My husband and I plan on returning to this store in the future because of her. We left with smiles on our face and everything we came in for. Overall a wonderful experience.
