I walked in the store not knowing anything about Pandora and the sales associate was wonderful. She took the time to explain to me the difference in the clips and charms. And the staff member was so friendly and caring and that goes along way it self. I will definitely be back to that store.

First I called several store for a charm an Clearfork store didn't answer, then the Parks told me it was discontinued then I called Hurst store an they had the charm God is Good is was a Mothers Day Gift. When I got to store everyone was nice an the young lady that took care of me had awesome customer service. She was so good I even got another charm. I will returned to this store for now on.
