I've been wanting a Pandora Bracelet for a long time. Today was a great day to shop. And it is a very late Christmas gift from my sister.

A sale associate named Noha (#162528) was such an amazing help! She not only gave us a warm welcomed, but she was so willing to help us with anything we needed. I really liked how she wore alot of pandora jewelry herself, which made it noticeable to me that she herself believes in her own merchandise. I also really appreciated how she showed me different ways I can stack the rings, which made me see how there’s endless variations to wearing them. Overall she was a great help, and everyone in the store did a great job. Can’t wait until the next visit!

I had went back because the stone in my previous ring had fell out. I have never had a ring break before and the staff was very helpful and made the exchange hassle free. I didn’t feel like i was a “problem” for making the exchange as some retailers can make you feel.
