Pandora Jewelry

I shop Pandora weekly. I have purchased many, many items. I always get excellent service. I believe Pandora has beautiful quality jewelry at an extremely affordable price point. I have only been dissatisfied once. This was at my most recent visit. I was wanting to purchase the Forever Pandora Ring, Clear CZ, Item 190962CZ. This ring is sized quite unusual so I could not buy it. The 7 was sized more as a 7.5 and the smaller size was much too small. It would have been a nice addition to my collection although I had to pass. Other than this disappointment, I LOVE PANDORA!!! The staff at both the Southlake, TX and Northeast Mall, Hurst, TX locations are an absolute joy to do business with.

The sales associate was knowledgeable and friendly and greeted us as soon as we walked in. She showed me the exact bracelet I had been looking at online and when I mentioned that it was our anniversary, she had recommendations for charms fitting for that occasion. I’d love to shop here again!

Customer Service is a Plus!

I was a little overwhelmed by the selection. I didn’t know there are so many types of charms and bracelets. This associate was diligent and patient throughout the transaction. She could tell I was a novice as we looked through the catalog and charms in the display case. She stayed the course as I swayed between different bracelets and charms for at least 25-35 minutes. I really appreciate her!! Someone of lesser enthusiasm could have lost me. I will looking for her when I return!
