My sales person was wonderful, she made sure I saw all my options and didn’t make me wait to see the charms I was there to see, she brought it to me. Clean and friendly store.

I was highly satisfied , great customer service and great prices.However i was alittle dissatisfied with the wait. Besides this ,it is an excellent Pandora store.

I felt it was more organized than the last year's year end event. All the charms on sale were grouped together and not all spread out.

I felt comfortable shopping the sales people did not overwhelm me they just allowed me to take my time.

My first time visiting Pandora was for a Christmas gift. The sales rep made it easy to sign in and make a purchase. My girlfriend loved the bracelet.

The sales rep was very knowledgeable and helpful and very nice.

The staff was quick to help when I needed them and they were very informative about the merchandise
