Pase a la tienda porque una pieza comprada se rompio e inmediatamente ellos me reemplazaron la pieza y me dieron una nueva y el vendedor fue muy accesible. Tambien compre los bellos charms para el pendiente flotante.

I think the staff at this location are great the knowledge they have of each charm is great it allows me to make my decision on what charm to purchase .

THE ASSOCIATE WAS VERY POLITE AND FRIENDLY AND PATIENCE BECAUSE I HAD NO IDEA WHAT I WANTED AND SHE HELP ME DECIDE.

The associate did a wonderful job helping. I had been to 3 stores to try to find the right size to exchange and finally the associate found the ring for me. I really appreciate her helping me.

After making my purchases I left this Pandora store and headed home. A few hours later I received a call from the store manager (Jessica) informing me that I was mistakenly charged incorrectly. She tried to correct the problem without me having to come back to the store, but it didn't work. I was very pleased to receive this message!!!
