I was so glad when you made a matching safety chain for the bracelet and the matching clips! I do wish the little chain was gold as I'm trying to make it more gold than silver. You have the cutest charms in silver but i'm a gold person so I'm trying to buy the 14K items. Maybe more gold charms can be made of the most popular silver items? Not so much pave just gold popular items? I'm waiting for a gold bracelet with a ball clasp so it can match the gold charms I already have. The dangles I can get by with the two tone but if there can be more gold in the dangles that'd be better. A 14K gold ball safety chain with Pandora crown would be beautiful for a 14K gold ball/charm bracelet!

when i first walked in i was greeted very politely. She asked if i was looking for anything specific and guided me to another second of rings she had. Very helpfull picking out what I could not decide

I walked in and was immediately helped. I was a beginner and the store manager who helped me offered me the starter pack . I loved the whole idea but was overwhelmed by the selection of charms to choose from, but she steered me in the right direction by asking me questions about where I'm from and what my passions and interests are. At the end I chose the we chose the perfect charm for me and I could not be happier.

The salespeople are friendly, and know their products. I’m told in advance of upcoming specials, which I appreciate! The store is clean and inviting!

The reason I keep coming back is the fabulous manager Adrienne(No. 158878)! She always knows exactly what I want, and not only that, she remembered my name and charms I bought from two months ago. Her attention to detail is amazing, I have never had an experience like her at any other stores. I have recommended this store and Adrienne many times.
