This was my first Pandora experience. My first bracelet and my first set of charms. The girl helping us answered all my newbie questions perfectly. She gave us space to devide and was there when we needed her. Perfect customer service.

I had went the night before and was brushed off and basically they were not going to help me. So I returned in the morning with my husband and the sales representative was awesome.
