Great experience very friendly staff. This was the 3rd store within the DFW metroplex area I visited and the only one that had the cancer survivor charm I was looking for. Not only were they the only store to have the charm they had 3 different options. They made me feel welcome. They asked how was my day, made small talk and even said Thank you. I didn't rushed or like a number like I normally do when I go to the location inside of North park mall. This will be my first choice from now on.

Went to the mall to get the styles that were on sale in store only. I would have loved to have been able to order these styles online. Store was closed for renovation but luckily they had a temporary location in the same mall. So thankful they had what I needed.

Once u walked into pandora I was nicely greeted, they also let me look at the rings comfortable they weren't just looking at me and being annoying in any way, they where both very nice people and didn't mind helping me out and giving advice

I was exchanging a charm as well as making an additional purchase and I also left my bracelet to be cleaned. Ms. Amani was very helpful and genuine. I received great customer service from her.
