I went in the store for a ring, but the ring that my niece wanted was no longer available. The sale person were able to find the ring looks similar to what I was looking for. She was very helpful.

Products are beautiful. Two items were not available although were on the store on display. There was a little waiting time in store. Staff at this store not smiley.

No one greeted me when I entered the store.

I had to wait in a line for over 30 minutes outside the store. I had surgery on my spine and lungs and standing long is a challenge.

On one of the busiest days the stores systems were down and had I not had cash I would not have been able to take advantage of the sale. I also was disappointed in the fact that the Texas enamel colored charm was not available and has not been available for quite some time
