Pandora Jewelry

They didn't have alot to choose when it come to gold charms. They only had like 5 to choose.

Sometimes that store doesn’t have what I want because they said they are out.

When I first entered the store I didn't feel like the young lady wanted to help me. She was very short with me and it made me feel unwelcome. Once I started telling her that I was shopping for my sister's engagement gift, she was more friendly. She shared with me about her recent wedding and was more helpful.

I was satisfied with this pandora visit is because they have the merchandise I like and want and most of all I really like their jewelry price it affordable to me.

I have no comment but all I can say is I am very satisfied

I came to have my ring cleaned because I thought something my be wrong with it because it never shined and the associate only rub it with a dirty cloth. After I explain it was the bottom was the area that needed to be clean instead of putting it in a cleaning solution or doing anything but rubbing it with the dirty rag, she told me I had got a build up of something inside of the jewel itself and that there was nothing they could do about this. She told me I shouldn't wear the ring all the time but it's a promise ring I was give two months ago and you buy jewelry to wear it. I told her there's no way anything "seeped" in the the jewel I asked if it could be replaced and she said only if I paid for it. The whole time her and the manager (who by the was was having a side conversation with another employee and never bothered to look at the ring) acted as if they couldn't be bothered to help me. I went near by to Kay's jewelry told them my story and for free they had it cleaned and scrubbed in the proper solutions and it's never sparkled so bright. Kay jewelers where so horrified by the poor customer service they told me to come back to have any of my jewelry clean there.
