My bracelet was broken and I came in to have it repaired. Camilla was very nice and explained that repairs weren't done only within a year would they be replaced. Well my purchase was less than a month over the year mark and with the pandemic seems like this would be an exception but the manager would budge. So I didn't make a fuss and understood she was following the rules and asked for corporate's number to form a complaint and all of sudden the manager agrees to exchange and lets me know she'll do it just this once as if I returned items before. It was poor customer service. I wasn't asking for favors. We're in the middle of a pandemic and I haven't been going out much. Camilla was awesome and very patient and exuded awesome customer service even though her manger did not.

The fact that Pandora is running this sales promotion for 35% off is excellent during this time of year as well as considering its been a rough financial period for some people

I would like a better warranty and return policy for your product. One years is not enough.. I get a lot of complements on my bracelets. Once I explain the warranty people shy a way. Other then that I love my bracelets. Its amazing what you can create. I love working with Sarah at the Clearflork Store in Texas . She ROCKS....

I am the first customer when the staff turn the lights on and I came inside. The staff did whatever she should during my visit. The only thing I want to share with you. The staff looks like she work for twelve hours shift before she open the door. She have no smile and she acts like a robot. She's the only one in the store. Anyway, she did what she suppose to. I'm fine with her.
