I came in looking for a specific charm that is no longer carried associate helped me find something else but it was an anniversary gift and I asked for the reciept to be printed it was sent to my wife's email luckly she didn't see it tell a few hour's after I suprised her

In the end the associate was helpful and friendly but in the beginning we felt like we were being a bother. I understand we are all cautious because of the pandemic, but I use to feeling more welcomed.

When I first got there the cashier had a attitude but then as time went on she started to come around maybe she was tired

This was my first time at this store, so I would like to go back a few more times before I say I was Highly Satisfied. Overall, though, it was a great experience.

I would like to see more spacers and have sales to know why each item is important for your bracelet. It would also be nice if there was a choice for men.

Layout of charms. It would be better if all the rose gold charms were in one spot as opposed to being scattered around the store.

I have bigger fingers and the selection for size 10.5 is so small and did not include the rings i came in store for so i had to settle .

The charms I wanted were no longer available or out of stock.
