It wasn’t the friendliest environment. When I went in there were 3 associates and one customer. I tried to make eye contact with a couple of the associates to ask for assistance but they were kinda not available. I walked around a bit and no one approached me asking if I needed help. Honestly I don’t even remember if they acknowledge me entering the store. Eventually I went and stood at the counter and stared at them till one of them asked if I needed help. By then I was kinda in a bad mood. The associate selling me just seemed blah.

Unfortunately, a few of the items I wished to purchase were unavailable at the store, therefore have to go searching for them at a different location.

No real reason, first time in that store. When purchasing at another location they offered to clean my bracelet but over all everything went fine.

The sales associate did not ring up the on sale merchandise correctly. I was suppose to receive 50% off sales merchandise and she forget to ring up all on sale merchandise with the 50% off. Will be taking back to store to have corrected

I did have to wait maybe 15 minutes before a sales associate was available to help me. It wasn’t a super big deal to me I just felt like since y’all were still doing the Black Friday deal y’all should’ve had at least 3 sales associates working because the store started to pick up after we got there.

I was not highly satisfied not because of the workers, but because of how crowded it was in certain areas. This is of course not the worker's faults. I was satisfied with how friendly and knowledgeable they were and how quickly they assisted us after helping other customers.
