When you run sales thatare big stars with inthe first day your stores are out of alot of product.

It looks nice under light but not super shiny when take it out from display place. Made by Silver so it faded after wearing for long time. Look duller after wearing for a while.

The item was hard to find. They had the item sold out on the internet in most of the Pandora stores,but got lucky and found it at a location in Texas because my husband was in Texas. Very frustrating when they get a new charm and it get sold out especially when 80 % of the kids are graduates of 2018.

The associates who help me were not very friendly. They were not very happy to answer the questions i had. However the quality of my item is amazing.

Sales people are not friendly and takes forever for them to pay attention to you.

I talked to one gal on the phone who was very kind and attentive. But I got to the store, I was not greeted and the lady who helped me (different from on the phone) was rude and made it seem like I was a bother.
