I like pandora very much, but I have difficulty issues with the luck of my bracelet. every time I need to wear it. I need help with it,

First, the store was so crowded and with it being so small it was hard to see the counter. That can be expected during the holidays but to only have two salespeople working was not acceptable. My husband purchased a bracelet for me and it ended up being too small. No one told him that there were different sizes; no one asked him about how big (or small) my wrist was or that there were other styles than those you have to fasten. That should have been explained to him but was not. I kept the bracelet until I lost some weight so it could fit-and then when I came in to get it cleaned I found out that he could have gotten a different size. All salespeople should explain this to customers so they get the right size.

I was expecting a sale.They didn't offer to clean my bracelet. And I don't like shopping

nothing was wrong but the person who attended me was less kind then the other. she was very kind but the assistant before her cleaned my bracelet and everything and asked how i wanted my charms and the one i had today didn’t .

The associate did not greet myself our my granddaughter I had to look for someone for help to start her bracelet but in the long run I was somewhat satisfied

I made a purchase online but my order was cancelled citing merchandise was unavailable. There were two charms available to purchase. The manager was excellent. The one associate available was absolutely horrible.

I went to the Pandora in NE Mall, Fort Worth TX. It was extremely busy so that’s the only reason why I didn’t make a fuss at the store. Although the sales associate was knowledgeable, it just appeared she was there for a check. She did smile but it seemed forced. When I checked out she picked up a gift bag that was clearly used by someone else (or at least it appeared another associate tried to use the bag but the top folds would not cooperate). The bag also looked as if someone had chocolate on their hands while handling the bag! All of this was clearly visible and had to be noticeable to my sales associate but she stuffed the pink paper in the bag along w my purchase! Thank God I was re-wrapping the gift anyways for Christmas. Maybe I’m being petty but a lot of people use those pandora gift bags to present their pandora gift, so to me that matters! I won’t be going back to that store.. EVER!
