I was not greeted when entering the store. I had to request to see items before being asked. No suggestions were made to help me find what I was looking for. I was not given options to help me and had to ask for more trays to view.

when I got into the store. All the associates just stood at the back counter no one said hello or anything. They just stared .. after about 5 mind then they ask can they assist. They were not with any other customer or working on anything. they were just standing in talking to each other

Limited selection no stock on hand and when asked if we could order and have it delivered they said that Pandora does not do that!!!! Also parking at Clearwater is nuts no parking so will not be going back to store and this is after visiting this location and making limited purchases due to out of stock items!! Not letting epople have things ordered from other stores and delivered to another store or to home is stupid and lacks customer service - get with it people it's 2021!!!!

Although the young lady was trying to do her job she did not explain to me what was the next thing she was going to do . I was looking for a particular item that had been retired and I was not told what she was doing while she was doing it and she assumed what I needed , i did notice that on the phone as well . It might be a cultural thing she has , I am not sure . Or she might not ya e suffice to training . I know that the other young lady that was in the store with her seemed to be bothered at everything she was asking her . I have been in customer service a long time . The smallest detail that is noticed by a customer , client or patient wether it be good or bad . So maybe more training , maybe a manger w a sales person in the store , maybe zero tolerance policy of drama . I don’t know .

I walked in no one said nothing to me and it was only me and like 2 other people in the store with like about 7 employees working just setting around talking so I had to say where are your Pandora silver heart and one lady said right here and walked always I waited for like a good 20min just to see if they was go stop talking to help me then no one said nothing so I said (real load) is anyone working today so a lady said I can help you then she helped me and I left it is bad bad bad cs. in this store if it was another store close by me I would never come back to this one.

The lady greeting customers on 12/23 lacks friendliness and customer service skills and was wearing a team lead tag and putting names in a list. Only positive experience was the lady that helped me was excellent and the unskilled door greeter tried to get involved and again did a poor job. Tammy Williams 682-558-5659

I was very disappointed when I walked in one lady talked to me and then said she would be right back . But she never came back she stayed by the register and another was on the side of the display and I was waiting to try on a ring but she never asked if I needed help. I was almost about to walk out without buying anything because of the poor service but another lady asked if we wanted to try any on . If it wasnt for her I would’ve walked out. Just over all poor service.

Salesperson seemed a little hurried. At first she only pulled out 4 items for me to choose from. I asked if those were the only number of items she could show me at a time. She replied no and proceeded to pull others from the showcase. She never completely was an attentive sales person. If I ever shop at that location again, I will never allow Amanda D to wait on me.

This Pandora experience was terrible. Staff was not friendly at all, didn’t bother to add customer by smith else than the phone number. No smile.
