I went to Exchange my bracelet at Southlake Town Square Texas, to bigger size. The lady seems not very happy that i came in for exchange. She also asked me what “COUPON” i used, the way she asked was very condescending, plus she also asked for the box back, i said I didn’t have one, because when I bought it, I wore it right away. I don’t need the box anyway. As soon as she hand me the new bracelet and receipt she walked away, giving me that “go away” signal, if she would’ve ask me if there’s anything else she can help me with, i will probably walk out with few new charms. But she didn’t. I owned Pandora for years and my bracelet was full, unfortunately i lost it , so i have to start again. I love the concept of pandora but sales associate look down to costumer who are exchanging esp non white costumer. I will do online shopping as much as possible because sales associate at the stores are very mean and I don’t want to deal with that.

11/5 Store 1 sent me to store 2 for a size that was on hold (including wrong location of store 2) Store 2 had wrong product. 11/6 Store 2 promised to have item next day. Failed to have it. No one offered a solution. All was for 11/7 birthday. Wild goose chase over 2 days for nothing.

I walked into the store and 3 associates were grouped around their inventory and left one girl to help the other person in the store. I was walking around and waited 10 minutes before I had to go up to them and ask that I needed help. I was switched to 3 different people before I was actually ringed up. The first person was taken away and the second had no patience and when I told her the ring I wanted she ended up giving me another ring because they didn't have my size even though I was not interested in it. I asked "since the store does not have my size can you order it online for me then I can pick it up in store". She then stated , "no we don't do that" and proceeded to huff and puff. I then told her I will keep looking around the store. I then walked to the other side of the counter where the girl walked back to the other team members. I wanted to see all the product they had and only saw a pink catalog that looked like it was meant for the store with barcodes. Since no one was helping me I decided to look through it. The girl that was actually helping customers walked over and helped me. Jaquelin R. was a real help and genuinely looked like she wanted to help us and be there.

Associate wasn’t helpful, didn’t seem like she wanted to assist, very dry. Wasn’t knowledgeable of the selection of charms. Bad experience

The service was great aside from the wait time. I previously purchased this bracelet as a gift for Christmas. The bracelet started to open on it's own during normal wear. The associate was very kind and replaced the bracelet for us. Here is where my issue is and very dissatisfied with the quality of the bracelet I was sold. This bracelet was not cheap and I find out after asking the associate how we can extend the life of the bracelet. She said to not wear it everyday...wow! I paid this large amount of money to have a bracelet that shouldn't be worn as wanted. Just plain horrible...please try to advertise your product like that and see how well this goes for you. I'm appalled that you would sell an item of such poor quality. Makes me wonder about everything else you sell. Very unsatisfied.

First time I went take lady forget to give me a discount for trying to apply for Pandora redit card. Second time lady was not helpful at all.

My sales associate did not inform me that the sale was final sale until I already paid for them. I felt that it was kind of deceitful, because I almost bought multiple things I wasn’t too sure about. I would have really appreciated it a lot more if I was informed before the transaction that the sales were final.
