I purchased a ring back in December on sale and one of my stones fell out. The associate told me they would not be able to honor the price that I would have to pay MORE for the exact same ring. After telling her I refuse she wouldn’t budge until after 5 minutes of arguing back and forth. I don’t understand why I would have to pay more for an even exchange if there’s a 1 year warranty on my purchase

I came into Pandora on Memorial Day look for charms to go on my recently purchased bracelet. The sales person never showed me the 30% of charms! And I asked did they have any sales. Needless to say I spent over 200 dollars! Upon walking out of the store I say a case with 30% she never mentioned it!! Very disappointing!

The staff was very slow. The staff was unknowledgeable about the products, I showed the lady the one I wanted and she couldn’t find it. She kept trying to get me to buy other charms until I looked around and found the one I wanted since she couldn’t.

The sales associate seemed bothered by my requests for assistance. I told her that I was a first time shopper and she did not inform me of the survey nor the return policy. I returned later in the day because I looked online for more products. The items that I was looking for were no longer online and sited that this location had the products, upon arrival at the store, I was told that they could not find what I found online. Not happy with the overall experience at this location.

The sales associate was short she didn’t really browse... after paying for two items my mom wanted to buy something else but the sales associate quickly said “I’ll walk you to the door to let you out” ..... she wasn’t very helpful and was very short with us... we saw other people being allowed to browse and their sales associate were helpful and kind... I believe my money is the same as theirs so why didn’t we get treated the same way?

The sales associate was not friendly at all. Tried making conversation no response. She just stood there. Didn't offer any suggestions. She was not help at all.

Both sales reps seemed like we were bothering them about our issue. One of the reps was working on some spread sheet and asking the rep who was talking to us to look at it and "help" her with it. That same rep seemed annoyed and didn't want to process the exchange as the rep talking to us had to call the manager on the phone to get assistance. The rep helping us also had her nose exposed while theask was covering her mouth. The rep working on the spreadsheet stated that she didn't feel comfortable doing the exchange for the same product, not sure why, she mumbed something inaudible. It was only after the manager approved the exchange was it processed. Both sales reps need to work on their customer service skills. I understand the risks they are taking working with the general public in these times and appreciate it, however they also are choosing to work in the environment.

The girl who helped me was not friendly. She behaved like we were interrupting what ever she was doing. My prior experience with Pandora was in Magic Kingdom at WDW and the people who work there are amazing. I've been in this store at NE Mall three times and the sales people are woefully unimpressive.
