Genevieve was not at all excited to serve me, I felt. The greeter that put my name on the waiting list was very friendly (good customer service) but Genevieve was not. I really wanted to ask for someone else to wait on me. She seemed annoyed that she had to wait on me and she was somewhat rude the way she told me (snapped at me) that she could not bring the entire tray out for me to look at. She acted as if I was going to take something which offended me. I have shopped in that particular store many times and I have always had the best of customer services; the sales associates at least acted like they were happy for me to patronized Pandora. Very dissatisfied about how she treated me. I guess once she realized that I was upset by the way she was treating me (at the very end) only then did she become a bit cordial. Oh, and then she asked me to fill out the survey, maybe that was the reason she became somewhat friendly.

I came to the store looking for a charm for my wife as a present for Christmas. There was very limited selection for birthstone charms, especially for the Essence collection. The representative who was helping me started off Very friendly and knowledgeable. However, once I began to show any hesitation towards buying a certain item, she became very pushy and didn’t seem to really want to help. She really seemed more interested in making a sale than me walking out of the store with the perfect gift for my wife.

I had to wait 15 minutes to even be acknowledged. And when I asked to be helped, the sales lady went and helped someone else. On top of that, the customer was looking at the same exact section as I and I was still not acknowledged. I would not have waited except that this was a tradition for my daughter to pick out a charm before school started. I finally flagged someone down and it took less than 3 minutes to get the product, ring it up and get it boxed, and pay for it. But it took 30 minutes to get help.

The bracelet I purchased broke. The one i exchanged for a larger size has dimples in it. The other i purchased didnt have the correct size. I am waiting to exchange. Three bracelets none to wear

The sales clerk rushed us out and was in a hurry to end the sales experience. I may have talked my husband into buying me a new Disney charm had she been more open to expanding the sale.She never asked ins there anything else you would like to look at before she asked for payment. Very disappointing.

Poor and rude customer service, very disappointing experience. No one seems to be pleasant to help a customer, most likely was a feeling like we were bothering them. The sales representative Dominique was the worse part of all the experience.

Coming in I didn’t know who was a rep my whole interaction with them was quick. Like they wanted me in and out. At some point I felt like I was wasting their time. I made the purchase but as I was gifting the charm, I could had gotten better help with the product. They could be more welcoming and friendly. It felt like going in to Walmart

I went to pandora for the first time in this mall, the employee Sierra I believe (short hair) was extremely rude, I don’t understand why people get a job they don’t like, I work in customer service and I would never be the way she was, she ignored me when I ask for help and looked at me in a way I felt discriminated, when she finally decided to help me I was asking for her opinion or advice and she ignored me completely, it was the worst experience and I would like for someone to go back to the camera and maybe do more training in what customers service really is, I will try to file a discrimination complaint

I Asked about labeled price on a bracelet and was assured it was correct, but when I was rung up the difference was almost 200 dollars.
