I was sold a charm that was not returnable after telling the salesperson that I may return it if my daughter didn’t want rose gold. Considering her bracelet is gold and silver. Instead of telling me it was not returnable she sold it to me to get that credit for that sale.

Really bad service. The girl dint talk to us. Not friendly at all. She dint say thank you or help us at all my first time visiting and new costumer. Not coming back!

We were not greeted when we entered the store. Salesperson was not friendly or welcoming. Salesperson did not give her name nor did she thank me for my purchase.

The sales associate rudely told me to back away from door entrance because I nor she had a mask. But let a white last come to the door entrance without a mask and helped her. That was the rudest most racist experience I ever had to endure in my life. I called the corporate number and waiting on a call back and I spelled with the store manager Shana.

There was no other customers in the store but I still waited outside for several minutes before being greeted. Once I was Michelle was very short with me and horrible at explaining the company’s return policy. The customer service lacked on multiple levels I will never return to that pandora again.

I had to wait outside for several mintues and no one else was in the store. Once in the story, the rep rolled her eyes. I was there to exchange a product I purchased that broke. She gave me a hard time about my exchange. She was completely unprofessional.

I walked into the store with the expectation of being greeted by friendly staff instead i felt the cold shoulder. After purchasing my anniversary charm from Shaelly I asked her if she would rearrange and wash my bracelet. She carelessly starts removing my charms and placing them on the glass countertops when I asked if they still used trays her response was “ yeah I just haven’t got mine out yet“ after trying to get all my charms back in order I notice she’s placing charms back on my bracelet without polishing when I ask about polishing she says it’s all going to get washed together “but I can polish it” wow! Highly dissatisfied with the service she’s provided!

They did not acknowledged me while i was waiting outside of an empty store. I had to ask to be let in, which they eventually did but the employees seemed unhappy about it. After i had found what i wanted, i walked up to an employee to let her know i found what i was going to purchase and in response the employee didnt even look up at me and just told me to wait. It was confusing since i was the only customer they had. Not to mention that there was 3 employees and i still couldnt get assistance. It was an over all uncomfortable visit since i felt unwelcomed and even in an empty store i was made to wait while employees worked on and finished other stuff first.
