It was my wife's 40th Birthday i qanted a 40th birthday charm, the assistant showed me on theat said 40 on & she said it was the onlty one for birthday, She had little knowledge about spacers & clips, we bought a couple of things & left, the assistant obviuously was not interestedd she wanted to go home the time we were there was around 6.30, they closed at 7pm, She did not offer much selection it was left for us to pick thru what she thought might work,when we got home my wife opened her gifts on the day after, which was her birthday, The 40th had NOTHING to do with a Birthday, it was for 40 years of love & friendship like an Anniversary one, The :clip" was actually a spacer, completely the wrong thing & the associate tried to charge me $85 for it when it clearly said on the back $55, She was not interested at all my wife was very upset & so I went back the day after her Birthday & selected the right Clips & another charm for my wife I had to pay another $25 to purchase these charms on top of what i had already paid, It will be a very long time before i go to that store again i would rather buy from a non Pandora store if this is the way you treat your cusomers, Thanku

Lines were extremely long , the manger was very rude & made the situation very frustrating. I need to exchange because the store did not have my size so I return after being told I could use store online . Over all so much has happen I am beyond frustrated

Since the beginning of the conversation with Danielle she seemed liked we where more of a bother than customers. I came in looking for a bracelet for my guy friend (it’s 2020 and I thought gender discrimination had come to a halt) automatically she raised her eyebrows and said we don’t sell bracelets for guys. I had done my research and noticed you guys had one that extended that would most likely fit him I just wanted to see it. So I asked again well you guys have one that extends right so can we see one? Again... she hesitated and said well I don’t understand because we mostly sell jewelry for girls. Still I was on a mission and I asked for her to show me one We asked if she had a plain one and she said they didn’t have one in stock so I had to ask her if she could see if another store had it. She didn’t even try to go out of her way to please our requests. After she pulled the info On The iPad she asked what store we wanted to go to? Well it would’ve been nice to know what stores had the product before she asked that I ended up buying a charm only because of convenience but I assure you I will no longer shop there... I’d rather drive

I just went in the store and the associates seem like they didn’t really wanna be bothered with me and i was coming in there to spend money. I bought a ring like that was my whole reason for coming. They were just so dry and off putting that by the time she was grabbing the iPad to check me out i just stop talking to her. She wasn’t listening. Asking me the same questions over and over and i was just in there for like 5 minutes. Customer service was just horrible. If i wasnt already replacing a ring i WOULD NOT have bought anything out of there. I literally would of went to another store.

The manager sadly was the the one who helped me I waked In with my husband ready to spend some money, was never greeted waited about 7 min no one said I’ll be right with you, finally she said are you ready she just seemed irritated for it being Pandora I will never shop in person there again, ever . She also handed me my ring I picked and said here you go you want to wear this out no box no nothing I told her no please pack it for me and Then she Rudely had another girl get all the things for her it just was not a good experience at all I’ll do my shopping in line in store hospitality is dead.

I purchased your product at your store in Ft. Worth, TX as a Christmas gift. The gift wasn't liked so I tried to return it at the closest store where we live, that store was in Altemonte Springs Mall in Altemonte Springs, FL. The store manager refused to accept the return even though I presented the original receipt and presented the original charge card. I was told they only accept returns on product they sell at that store even though there are no signs stating this in the store. This is the second store in Florida that has refused to provide a refund with an original receipt. I will never buy another product from you!!!!!

The customer service was highly dissatisfactory. Neither of the sales associates helped me, aside from when I first entered. I had to ask for help and when checking out, the sales associate was unfriendly and apathetic. Since the purchase was a gift and a necessity at the moment, I didn’t retract my willingness to purchase the merchandise, but if I had the option, I would have. As a person who works in service, the experience today was appalling to me.
