Pandora Jewelry

Purchased a ring at 7:00 pm. Put it on next morning and noticed a stone had already fallen out. Sales lady said it was the rings are hand made and the stones fall out. Stated I wanted a full refund. Acted like they were not going to refund my money.Plus wasted three hours of my time because I don't live close to the mall. Never buy pandora again!!!

The wait was long, there was a list that the sales associated went by and that’s fine but stick to it I saw a sales associate help two customers that went up to her and they had just gotten there which isn’t fair for others who have been waiting in the list. Finally when it was my turn my sales associate was completely rude not helpful at all.
