The manager Sharon and the associate Shantel was very patient and knowledgeable, I had to exchange an bracelet that was too big and they both clearly know how to figure out what size I needed by doing this 2 finger test with the bracelet on me . Job well done and I’m truly satisfied with my entire purchase.
