Although there were issues when I went to exchange an item, the staff was very helpful and I was able to get the charms I really wanted.

Lynn was very helpful with my transaction and I fell in love with the bracelet I purchased. I did have to come back to get a different size due to the clasp not working correctly but the staff was very helpful.

When I walked into the store I was immediately assisted. Toni was the Pandora associated that helped. me She was very professional and knowledgeable. Toni listened to what I wanted and made it magically appear in the form of a necklace and a bracelet. She was great! She is a great representation for Pandora. I will be back.
