Best Pandora experience I’ve ever had! Shante was so helpful and fun to work with. They didn’t have a ring that I was wanting in my size, but Shante and the manager Lisa went above and beyond to locate the ring for me and make sure it was mailed to me promptly. The store is 2 hours away from my home but I would definitely visit again just to work with these two wonderful ladies!

The sales person informed me to the upcoming mother day sale. She was nice.

I went to purchase a bracelet for my daughter's birthday and found a large selection to choose from. There were several styles of bracelets and many different charms to choose from. The sales person made recommendations and then offered to gift wrap the box for me. Very good experience.

Bora was really pleasant. She greeted us as soon as we enter the store, recommend good stuff, and very knowledgeable about the item and was very helpful to my daughter. All the them was very friendly.

I took my mother in law who has always wanted a pandora bracelet. She didn’t get the concept at first ( she wanted 4 robots for her 4 sons) thank goodness they were out of stock. We convinced her to branch out and she ended up picking a few different charms and a bolo bracelet I think that’s what it’s called. The staff was very patient with us. Amazing service and staff

I was able to save in more than one way, able to get gold pieces & multi tone pieces and a new bracelet started.
