Hello, I had purchased a ring in May never wore it until this weekend because I bought it for my birthday. A stone fell out I had my receipt the salesperson exchanged it simple as that. She also informed me of an upcoming sale. Showed me other pieces. I will be going back.

I found what I wanted. The sales person helped me make a decision. I did wait long.

The sales lady was approachable. She was also very knowledgeable. She also informed me of an upcoming promotion in the next couple of days.

I returned a locket necklace that broke and they exchanged it effortlessly. I wish more companies put customer experience first. I was so happy I bought a charm while I was there.

I really love Pandora jewelry. The selection and designs are original and unique. Sometimes a little pricey but I'm overall very satisfied.

The sales person was supper kind to me. She addressed my needs and went all around the store to find the one item that I needed. (she could have just said we don't have it because it was not in the box it is supposed to be in, it was being used as a display) She even offered to clean the Pandora jewelry I was wearing. So happy with that because they shine up so beautiful.

Brittney was very helpful. She was extremely patient with me while I made my decision and I was very happy when I left the store with my purchase.
