Because I was satisfied instead of high satisficed. I was only a few items that they had in store that was up to 50% off. For the most part I like Pandora.

I went to the store to obtain a safety chain since my bracelet comes a loose randomly. I didn't expect to spend over $100 (tax included) for just that, but it was necessary so that I wouldn't loose my bracelet. I really love it but look for more sales in the future.

The sales associate was knowledgeable of the products offered. Ms. Raven was very helpful and encouraged me to return and make the purchase for myself and she complimented me on my selection.

The online store was running a sale, when you spend $150 you get a new bracelet worth $85. When the sales rep successfully up sale me with more item, I was made aware that they’ve run out the bracelet so they are not honoring the sale. So I declined the extra purchases.
