No discounts are offered on the items, on the ongoing promotions I wasn't able to get a different option of the same price bracelet the process needs some flexibility than forcing the customer to buy what you offer despite prices being same

I was trying to explain a bracelet to the store associate but I think he was kind of confused on what I was talking about. But I purchased what I wanted. But I have to go back & bring in the specific bracelet I was inquiring about.

I really love my pandora bracelet, but I honestly feel like the charms are over priced, and when the associate cleaned my bracelet it had a burnt mark on it that made me upset, but I didn’t complain.
