Most of the selections that I wanted was unavailable

I love to spend my time at pandora buying things,I love the amazing sales but I know it’s out of my control there establishment in the Saint Louis Galleria needs to be much bigger it’s very small with no air to really even breath.

I like the store it’s was amazing

The staff was very friendly and professional with the customers. They also was focused on the customer in front of them to make sure they were satisfied with what they wanted.

A lot of the charms I wanted was not available

The work was very nice and helpful, she also helped with put my new items on my bracelets and I really appreciated that. I’m a true fan of Pandora. See you soon.

I like the service and the only thing is there isn't anyone to repair it, this is a downfall. I would like to see it. I love the store and services but would like to know why you all don't repair your own items.

Sales person Jennifer was fantastic. I know after the holidays but several of the charms I wanted was out of stock. Also, I previously had the option of 3 charms and get. free bracelet which how I came to Pandora. I did not like the promotion of buy a bracelet and pick from specific charms. Purchasing for my niece birthday and between my sister's and I spent well over $500.

I always enjoy my experience there.Sometimes they don't have a piece I want.Overall good experience.

The service was great. And I will tell everyone to go and shop there. And I’m on my way to the store now.
