I had to wait in line for 30 minutes or more. The selection of charms that I prefer is very limited. Not enough sale items.

The lady I had was friendly and didn’t really make me comfortable in the store she just was quiet didn’t recommend anything to buy or add to my bracket.

I wanted to buy a chain to go with a charm, and the inventory was very low and they did not have any chains shorter than 75 mm.

I would have liked more options for images on the monogrammed charms. It’s 15 years, I wanted my charm to make a statement. I will be back for more monogrammed charms.
