The two employees did not acknowledge us whatsoever until 5 minutes later when I finally said we were there just for a pickup. Although they were helping other customers, no acknowledgement at all seems unacceptable customer service.

The sales associate was cordial, but not overly friendly. She didn’t offer for us to see any of the Moments charms she had in the store. She just gave us a catalog to look at while we stood at the counter.
