Charms are small and dainty not worth the price we paid we will be returning these, but keeping the bracelet which is also little pricey for what it looks like and how thin it is!

I wasn’t highly satisfied because there aren’t any charms for cousins. Female relationships are limited to sisters, daughters, mothers and aunts. Maybe grandmothers too, but still. There should be cousin charms

The line to get inside the store was too long but it was Mother’s Day and once I checked out it was all worth it

I waited in line for an hour and a half. The sales oeople were working their hardest but come on! Maybe more associates on a busy holiday??? I think I counted 4 associates...one who was not waiting on oeople, probably doing online orders though. We were there the day prior and the long line just scared usboff. So, we arrived at 11:05 as the store opened and still had what I estimated to be 25 people (groups of families shopping together) in front of us. The line to pick up online orders didnt seem to move as fast as it should have. Regardless, the employees were friendly and giving it their all.

Raven was great! I didn’t no that the free bracelets was not going on in the store for Mother’s Day. She informed me that it was only only online and I spent over $400 in the store. Thats my only complaint.

Some of the items wasn't in stock. On line has a free gift, once in the store the free items wasn't offer at this store. There should has been sign to inform the customer.
